From the A1(M)
• Leave the motorway at Junction 8 (Stevenage North and Hitchin)
• Take the A602 signposted Hitchin
• At Three Moorhens Roundabout take the third exit: continuing to follow the A602
• At the roundabout take the second exit: into Old Park Road, passing a park on your right
• At the football ground roundabout take the first exit (straight on) - the A600
• Take the second road on the right called Bearton Road
• Take the second road on the left called Old Hale Way
• Strathmore Infant & Nursery School is on the first road on the left. Parking is available in the car park.

From Letchworth A505
• Take the A505 to Hitchin
• Follow the A505 through Hitchin, taking the right fork after passing under the railway bridge.
• At the roundabout take the second exit (straight on)
• Take the first road on the right called Grove Road
• Take the left fork into Water Lane
• At the roundabout take the second exit (straight on) into Strathmore Avenue
• Strathmore Infant & Nursery School is straight on at the end of Strathmore Avenue. Parking is available in the car park.

From Luton A505
• Take the A505 to Hitchin
• At the Pirton roundabout, take the second exit (straight on)
• At the roundabout take the first exit into Old Park Road, passing a park on your right
• At the football ground roundabout take the first exit (straight on) - the A600
• Take the second road on the right called Bearton Road
• Take the second road on the left called Old Hale Way

From Hitchin Railway Station
Walking time: 25 minutes
• Cross the main road at the pelican crossing and follow the fork to the left in front of the mini roundabout into Nightingale Road. Cross the road at the zebra crossing and turn left following Nightingale Road.
• Take the fourth road on your right called Grove Road.
• Take the left fork into Water Lane.
• At the roundabout follow the second exit (straight on) into Strathmore Avenue.
• Strathmore Infant & Nursery School is straight on at the end of Strathmore Avenue.
